Batana Oil

Batana oil is a nutrient-rich oil sourced from the American oil palm (*Elaeis oleifera*) in Central America. Also, known as “liquid gold” it helps moisturise, soften, improve the appearance of dry hair and promotes hair growth. 

Benefits for hair:

-       Deeply Moisturises dry hair and scalp: Its fatty acids, including oleic, palmitic, linoleic and stearic acids, helps reduce dryness and improve softness. Contains carotenoids and vitamin-E-related compounds that helps to protect hair from environmental oxidative stress. 

-       Repairs Damaged Hair: Better lubrication and flexibility helps minimise breakage, especially in dry, chemically treated or heat-damaged hair.

-       Improves Scalp Health: Helps a dry or flaky scalp, although persistent dandruff may require a proven anti-dandruff treatment.

-       Reduces Hair Thinning and Promotes Hair Growth: With regular application, it deeply penetrates the scalp, stimulating blood circulation, and helps strengthen the hair follicles, promoting healthier-looking hair over time.

How to use:

Warm a small amount between your palms and apply it mainly to the lengths and ends of your hair. 

Keep upright and out of direct sunlight. Weather and temperature changes will affect the consistency of our Batana Oil. Store in a cool place, below 25c or in the Fridge in hot weather.

Our product comes in a 150g pack with a shelf life of 2 years. The period after opening (PAO) is also long at 18 months. It has no alcohol or aerosol content making it safe to use on sensitive skins.

This paraben-free formula enriched with antioxidants serves as an organic skincare alternative that comes from Honduras.
